Hit or miss. One time was fresh other time dry and tasteless. They are fast with taking orders.

ZERO stars. Horrible customer service. Literally the worst food experience I have ever had. Ordered through Seamless. First order was cancelled without any notification. I called the store multiple times and they never once answered, and their mailbox is full. Ordered again, switching it up slightly. Somehow it takes over an hour to make chicken. Still can't get a hold of a single person on the phone. I just want my food. How hard is it to make?

Excellent cajun food. Chicken and shrimp.

Fries were cold the original chicken sandwich was bad and the mayo tasted sour the sandwich was soggy and my drink smelled like throw up

I am completely disappointed. The chicken "TENDERS" were so hard, dry and tasted terrible. Everything wasn't fresh including the fries, shrimp, and chicken. The food was cold. I ordered a platter and got a very very SMALL portions of french fries, like barely a few pieces thrown into the box. The orders seem to have too many errors. I have seen multiple customers coming back to have their orders corrected, including myself. Honestly, my family and I will never choose popeyes again whatsoever.

We did mobile ordering and picked up our order through the drivethrough. There was no line, and the food was available immediately. The food was very good, warm, and crisp. Excellent flavor to the chicken and french fries. We were given more than enough sauce for our meal. Took a star off because the woman filling drinks and the woman who spoke with us and handed us our food both had their face masks pulled below their chins.

The worst customer service ever !!!!

Fast service yes, but not accurate. My own fault partially for not checking. Ordered a 10 piece tender meal. Half spicy half mild, mashed potatoes and mac and cheese as the sides. Everything listed correctly on receipt. Get back to hotel and all mild tenders and french fries??? I mean, like i said, i should have checked. However its also definitely employee error.

Don’t eat here and they gave me food poisoning don’t eat here I’m calling the VA Health department

This place is so not worth the hype - the chicken was cold & oily & tasted a bit stale as well. As for the biscuit, it was left as is in my plate after just a bite. The fries are good though but you wouldn't wanna visit a place just for good fries now, would you?

Don't go here. I made the mistake of ordering to go. When I got back to the office I found that instead of the tenders I ordered, they gave me three wings and the wrong side.I took it back. They seemed annoyed and gave me the wrong food again. I told them what I ordered was on the receipt. Third try they gave me the food I ordered. This is the second time I've rated this dump. Wonder what's happening to all their awful reviews?

There were roaches crawling around on the front counter

Came by shortly before closing and it was busy but order was filled with ease.

Food is ok- the staff seemed very confused. There was a long line of people waiting and about four staff members standing around chatting/walking in circles.

Incredibily rude service from the Manager. He was completley disinterested and walked away twice in the middle of taking our order. I could understand if it was busy but there was nobody there. No please or thank you. A bit of customer service training would be a good idea.

Food was good. Came out fast and was enjoyable. If you prefer bland you probably should avoid, everything has a little kick to it. But spicy really isn't that bad. Just in case your unaware (or blanking) chicken has bones, tenders don't.

Worst service! They always try to cheat you out of the deal. I’ve emailed multiple times about my experience. No one cares! No feedback no apologies... nothing.. just a big “oh well”... tonight they ran out of the chicken for the ADVERTISED deal and refused to substitute a SIMILAR item.. asked for a manager and they said no too.. reply was “once we run out that’s it.” Mind you I was buying 3 meals, which easily adds up at Popeyes but I took my business elsewhere because frankly I’m tired of being treated like my business doesn’t matter.. thanks for clarifying that with the numerous times you’ve ignored me and others..

Disgusting quality and taste. The manager took my order for 8 wings. When I got home my order was a mix of dry breasts, mutant overcooked mini legs, thighs and unrecognizable wings. None of this was freshly cooked and all was over battered, and looked as battered as a domestic violence victim. So disgusting I threw most away. The Copelands would have shut this franchise down.

The General Manager-Jonathan-took our order. I had ordered a number one combo and number five combo. We wanted 20 minutes our food. When we got our food, we asked for madi gras mustard and Jonathan said "don't have any." We get back to the table and found out that we got the wrong combo (we got two number 5 combos...). I didn't even bother going back because I didn't feel like waiting 20 minutes again. My brother went back to get a refill and was told "We don't do refills." Absolutely terrible service from the start and all the way to the end. Never coming back to this Popeyes or maybe even any at all. Disappointed customer.

Unlike other Popeye's locations this place charges for drink refills! Chicken was hard and fries dry. Clerks should pay a bit more attention to customers rather than speaking foreign language between each other.

Stay away from the coleslaw, pretty sure it made me sick back to back times. If the slightest thing seems off about it, dont eat it or exchange it. They don't mark the coleslaw containers or anything so you can easily get an old batch and get sick
